A Healthy Vegetarian Diet has many health benefits such as reducing heart desease,diabetes,cancer and also obesity. By consuming fresh produce such as fruit,vegetables,grains and nuts into your daily diet you will be on your way to better heath and nutrition.

Consuming a vegetarian diet can have its draw backs if not planned properly and it is important to remember to have a balanced diet with every meal. If this is not done mineral and vitamin deficencies can occur such as iron deficiency and you can also lose calcium,zinc and vitamin B in the body.

By eating a balanced healthy vegetarian diet you will not lose those vital minerals and vitamins in your body. Just remember to make a plan on what you are going to eat and include all types of fruit,vegetables and grains in your diet.

There are certain types of vitamins that can help us maintain our minerals and vitamins in the body such as:

* Vitamin D – Helps our body absorb calcium. By getting enough sun everyday will ensure you do not become calcium deficient.

* Vitamin C – Taking Vitamin C daily will help us absorb iron better in the body.

* Vitamin B12 – By taking Vitamin B12 as a supplement you will ensure that you do not get symptoms such as fatigue.

* Amino Acids – Taking amino acids in your daily diet will ensure you get protein in your body.It also helps by protecting muscle in the body.

With any diet that you may choose, a balanced diet is very important. If it is your first time starting a healthy vegetarian diet, remember that it may take some time to get used to it and the benefits of this type of diet in the long run are far more greater than any other unhealthy diet plan.
