  1. I like edamame, coz it’s nice to eat. I began to eat this edamame when I began to socialize with a Japanese community. My Japanese foster family likes to cook this to treat me. Japanese like these edamame very much because they’re nutritious. Besides edamame, nato is another good source of protein.

    Costco sells dried salted Edamame. They are like peanuts, but low fat and 14 gr protein in a 1/4 cup!
