Vitamins B6 and B12 make you more happy and fight depression.
There is also a pill called “the happy pill” they come in bottles of 60 and are packed with vitamin B6 and B12 along with folic acid.

Hmmm. Intresting. But they are leaving out a very important foodstuff. First of all. Fish oil, made from fish liver. A national course in Iceland. Very very important. Or just alot of fish. Also bananas, very important. Just google these and you will find out why.
