FLax Oil Benefits
Flax is a plant which is able to grow to a height of 1.2m with red or blue flowers. The oils from flaxseed have several health benefits to human.

Flax seed oil is found to contain an unusually high amount of essential fatty acids, omega3 and omega6. And hence, flax oil benefits include keeping the heart, nervous system and our body healthy and strong.
It is found that women who are experiencing menopause experience the most benefits from flaxseed oils. Lignans is contained in flaxseed is researched to improve on the mental well-being of menopause women.
Pregnant women benefit from flaxseed oil as well. Folate is found in flaxseed oil and they help in the overall development of the foetus, especially the heart and nervous system.

Else, they will turn rancid.

- Essential fatty acid, omega3 and omega6 fatty acid and Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA)

Due to the high amount of omega3 that is presented in flaxseed oils, it is used to control health issues related to the heart – heart diseases. It is also used for keeping the cholesterol level within limits.
It is occassionaly externally used to solve minor skin irriration issues.
Fiber is contained in flaxseed oil and hence, it can be consumed as a laxative to solve constipation problems.
If you are worrying about over dosage side effects of flaxseed oil. Do not worry. Currently, scientists have no been able to find any side effects for over consumption and flax oil benefits are aplenty.
However, as the saying goes, consume in moderation and not in excess amount to avoid being the first to be known for over consumption of flaxseed oil.
