Foods for Healthy Hair

Consuming a balanced diet promotes healthy hair growth. This article provides a list of foods that are good for hair.

Healthy hair not only adds to the beauty of a person.  Its is also a reflection of a person’s general health.  A healthy human being’s hair grows about quarter to half inch every month.  Shampoos and conditioners are not enough for a healthy hair.  Consuming a healthy, balanced diet will go a long way in promoting hair growth.  On the other hand, an unhealthy hair makes the hair dull and brittle.  It may also fall.
