Foods to Fight Cellulite
Can eating really reduce cellulite? There are certain kinds of food that can help reverse inflammation of connective tissue and boost collagen formation.

To fight cellulite, you should eat more of the following foods:
1. Soya, cauliflower, spinach, oranges, and tomato all have strengthening lecithin.
2. Salmon, walnuts, almonds, and olive oil are rich in essential fatty acids which help repair skin tissue.
3. The amino acids in poultry, skimmed milk, and eggs boosts collagen levels.
4. Bright fruits such as blueberries, strawberries, carrots, and papaya have antioxidants that are said to prevent tissue damage.
5. Broccoli, peas, and lima beans help fight inflammation of the connective tissue.
Eat less of the foods such as butter, margarine, and hydrogenated vegetable oils found in many packaged snacks and ready meals. Also, lessen the intake of red meat and pork and processed, high-fat cheeses, sugary snacks such as biscuits, sweets and cakes. All of these are said to contribute to tissue inflammation, which cellulite look worse.
