However, some people just can clearly remember his dream.  Research shows that taking vitamin B6 it can help you to sharpen your memory and remember all the lost dreams during sleep.  

Little research recently, studied 12 college students and their behavior. Researchers then divided into three groups given vitamin with varying amounts over the next five days.

The first group was given vitamin B6 100 mg, 250 mg and the second last group given placebo.  Researchers noticed that the group given high doses of vitamin B6 showed a higher level in remembering a dream which is determined by the level of clarity, rarity, emotional and colors.  

The researchers claim that the vitamin when entering the blood begins to transform amino acids into the waking brain serotonin even during REM sleep (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep stage when people see the clearest dream that helped him be able to remember all the lost dreams.  

Researchers stressed that excessive doses of vitamins is not recommended because it can cause insomnia, heart palpitations, cramps, high blood pressure and is easy to panic. Vitamin B6 can be found in meat, grains, vegetables, beans and bananas.
