You can run but you can’t hide, sooner or later old age will catch up with you. But don’t you worry, you can do something about it. How? Read on to learn.

There is no fountain of youth, but we can all increase our chances of living longer, healthier, and happier lives by following some common-sense advice. Below are 10 tips on how to be able to prepare ourselves for old age.

1. Eat a balance diet, including five helping of fruits and vegetables a day.

2. Exercise regularly, but check with a doctor before starting an exercise program.

3. Get regular check-ups.

4. Don’t smoke–and remember, it’s never too late to quit.

5. Practice safety habits at home to prevent falls and fractures.

Well, I’ve got a number of these already covered. At 51, I am not old by any means, but I do take better care of myself, health wise and in many ways, I live a healthier lifestyle at 51 than I did at 21!

Great tips you provided. Well-written.
It’s true these are very good ways to stay young. Maintaining a positive attitude as well as laughing is good for the immune system as well as eating right, not smoking and alcohol in moderation.
