Right from the Chinese tradition and culture Tea is considered as one of the refreshing beverage and included as a part of social meetings and occasions in different parts of the world.

While standard tea has its own advantages and disadvantages green tea has made its impact in the market in last few years.

According to a research made on green tea it is clearly proved that green tea helps in reducing the cholesterol levels in our body and also has other benefits such as in the case of cancer, arthritis, infections and boosting immune system of our body.

Green tea also helps in curbing your hunger and thus helps people trying to lose weight through dieting.

Green tea also helps in destroying germs in teeth thus making them free from the bacterial infections.

Even though no big disadvantage or harmful effects of green tea has been found but due to inclusion of caffeine green tea may cause insomnia but when taken in moderate amount advantages of green tea surpasses its small disadvantage.
