Happy Dieting
The diet works on a chemical breakdown and is proven.This diet to be used for three days at a time.In three days,you will lose 10lbs(4.5kg) after three days of dieting, you can eat normally.But remember not to overdo it!You will lose up to 40lbs(18 kg) in a month if you stick to it.
You must drink five x 5fl oz of water each day.This diet must be followed exactly to loose 10lbs (4.5kg) in three days.
DAY 1
Breakfast
Black Tea/ coffee
1grapefruit
1 slice toast
2 tsp peanut butter
Lunch
Black tea/coffee
4oz tuna(in water)
1 slice toast
Dinner
1 slice cold meat(chicken/turkey)
1 cup string/long beans
4oz beetroot
4oz ice cream
1 small apple
DAY 2
Breakfast
Black Tea/ coffee
1 egg boiled/poached
1 slice toast
half a mid-size banana
Lunch
Black tea/coffee
4oz cottage cheese
5 pcs biscuits
Dinner
1 chicken frankfurters
4 oz broccoli
1 banana
4oz ice cream
DAY 3
Breakfast
Black Tea/ coffee
1 egg ,hard boiled
1 slice toast
Lunch
Black tea/coffee
1 slice cheedar cheese
5 biscuits
1 small apple
Dinner
4oz tuna(in water)
4 oz beetroot
4 oz cauliflower
half melon
4 oz ice cream
