Health Benefits of Goji Berries

Pretty amazing.

Goji berries are a reddish color and very small. They have a sweet yet bitter taste. The taste typically depends on how you eat them. You can eat them raw, cooked, dried or put in tea or other various ways of consumption. Health wise, they are great.

It has been proven that Goji berries carry loads of antioxidants and other compounds that help prevent Cancer and other illnesses. It is said that eating foods loaded in antioxidants help fight the aging process. This means from inside to the out.

Goji berries are also filled with Vitamin A. This helps boost immune function, protect vision and help prevent certain diseases. 

Some studies show that Goji berries may also help brain function.

Warning: You may not want to eat a large amount of Goji berries if you are taking any blood thinners.

  1. Here in the Philippines Goji berries are available in tablet and juice.
    Haven’t taste one yet but heard a lot of things it can do.
