In my opinion, a healthy body image is a body which is slender and muscular and one that has a positive effect on people. A healthy body image, in my opinion is really hard to maintain and has to be attained by controlling certain things like diet. Everyone has a body image, which is the way you perceive yourself, but not everyone has a healthy body image which is really well built.

Media Ideal Body

The media ideal body is really well built. The media tries to use body images that have a positive effect on people. The media gets a person with a healthy body image to act because then the media will have a positive effect on the people who are watching. The media ideal body is flawless and is almost always well built.

Strategies to Maintain Healthy Lifestyle and Healthy Body Image

Some strategies to maintain a healthy lifestyle and a healthy body image include:

Diet: A healthy diet includes limited intake of calories, fat, sugar and some other things found in food. Trans fat should be avoided. Fruits and vegetables should be included in your diet.

Exercise: In a day, you should at least have 1 hour of exercise so that your body stays physically fit and you don’t get fat.
