Do you love honeydew?

Can you remember the last time you had the pleasure of enjoying it?

Here are some important reasons why you want to keep adding this delectable fruit to your diet:

Honeydew is high in folate, potassium, Vitamin B6, and Vitamin C.  In fact, a single serving of honeydew can offer you about half the Vitamin C servings your body needs for one day.  In addition to its high nutritional content it is low in sodium, cholesterol and saturated fat.  Snack on this tasty treat in between meals and curb your hunger while promoting weight loss, energy and your overall optimal health.

Do you have a sweet tooth?

Studies often show that when you are craving sweets, you are actually most likely dehydrated.  Approximately 80% of the population is walking around unknowingly dehydrated.  So, next time instead of reaching for junk food, do your body good, snack on a cup of honeydew.

Not only is honeydew naturally sweet, it contains a high level of water.  And because of its incredible water and potassium content it naturally helps to keep your blood pressure in check.  Furthermore, its nutritional qualities also promote healthy, glowing skin.

So step away from artificial flavoring because your health and well being is priceless!
