How to Eat Healthy
Like anyone in the world we all want to know how to eat and be healthy.
Many people in the world do not eat healthy. In our lifetime their have been more and more fast food places and advertisements that show people looking happy shoving burger and fries into their mouths. We all know how delicious the fast foods can be and how we all crave it once in awhile. It is good to eat some of this food when you haven’t had it for some time, but eating it once every week is very unhealthy. I suggest to try to keep fast food eating at once every two weeks, or don’t eat it at all.

Best ways to eat healthy are to eat plenty of vegetable and drink water while eating meats and other foods that are high in calories. This mix of veggies and water will give your body the nutrients it needs to digest well and let you poop easily. Keeping waste in is bad for your health, so using this method to get rid of waste easily is a great way to eat healthy.

You should eat fruits after meals. This will refresh this body and provide it with vitamins and all the other things it needs.
Drink plenty of water before and after meals. Drinking water before meals will fill some of your hunger, which will make you eat less than you normally do. Drinking after meals just helps with digestion and it keeps your hydrated if you ate a salty meal.

A lot of people know about eating 5 to 6 small meals a day. This is also very good if you eat too much and want to slim down.
I also discovered a great refreshing drink that anyone can make. This drink feels refreshing and definitely adds to great health.Simply add lemon to your water and put it in the refrigerator to make cold. Do not add sugar or anything. This drink is purely water and lemon. It is a great drink to cool off with or just enjoy.
