  6. These are great tips. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. Oatmeal, banana and coffee works for me. If not, I eat any fiber cereal with milk and a yogurt plus a tall glass of O.J and a multi-vitamin. I think you should first consult with your doctor before taking Vitamin D because 1000 iu is a lot especially if you aren’t deficient.
