A good example of one such vegetable juice that helps to low down your sugar, clean your intestine and loose weight is  the Bitter Gourd and White Pumpkin juice. Bitter Gourd helps to low down the blood sugar level. While White pumpkin is a good antioxidant and Cucumber helps to reduce the cholesterol in the body. Regular consumption of this juice can help you to have a healthy and fit body. It is quite simple to prepare.

Bitter Gourd and White Pumpkin Juice

Mix together 1 Bitter gourd, ½ White Pumpkin and 1 Cucumber in a blender. Pour the juice in a glass and squeeze a lemon on it. Do not add salt or sugar to this mixture.

Wheatgrass  

Wheatgrass is one of the richest sources of Vitamin A.Vitamin C, calcium, iron and protein. Wheatgrass juice is an instant source of energy as it is immediately absorbed by the blood stream. It is antibacterial, improves digestion, eliminated blood disorders and cleanses the liver.

Wheatgrass and Orange Juice

 

Take two oranges, one banana and 2-inch round wheatgrass. Blend the oranges and wheatgrass separately in the juicer, after that pour the mixture along with the Banana to the blender and process until smooth surface is obtained.

Apple and Ginger Juice

Blend 2 -3 Apples with a cup of Lemon grass Infusion and add about ½ Ginger to it. Do not peel the skin of the Apples.

Apple is good to cure constipation, Diarrhea and is rich source of Vitamin A.

Carrot Juice

 

Carrot is a great source of Vitamin A. It facilitates to cleanse the liver, gallbladder. Good for the skin, eyes and bones. It is simple to prepare and sweet to taste.

Beet root Juice

Beet root juice is known to offer several kinds of health benefits right from blood cooling and purification to improving general weekness.Beetroot is also a good source of Vitamin C.A glass of Beetroot juice everyday will make you energetic and healthy.
