Some ways to loose weight.

Ok so im going to teach you some simple ways to loose weight

so here we go….

First off your going to want to start lifting some weigth to get your body burning calories and get your body toned.

Eating little snacks every 3 hours will keeep your metabolism. Prefferably protien so your body wont have to break it down.

Smaller dinners are key in this goal. if your hungry feast on fruit or healthy snack rather than tons of fattening food. this will keep your calories down.

make sure you are getting lots of fiber many people do not get enought fiber

Breakfast is a must you need breakfast to get your body started in the morning.

DRink WATER!!!! drink tons and tons of water everyday throughout the day.

Try to avoid white foods such as rice, sugar, and flour. these are starchy and not good.

do not eat alot or drink milk before exercising this can cause you to become sick.
