How to Order When You Eat Out

5.Green salads and veggies with low fat dressings are delicious,and they contain lesser fat.
6.Avoid potato and macaroni salads as they are high caloried..
7.You can enjoy with grilled items like tandoori chicken,backed fish,paneer tikka,pasta with tomoto soup.
8.Specify that you would prefer as little use of butter and oil in your order.
9.Choose fresh fruit or frozen yogurt as your dessert instead of icecreams.
Always stay focussed on why you are doing it.The beauty of the experience is that you will never know how good it feels.
