  1. Eat as a snack; sprinkle on a salad
  2. Crush and use as a crunchy topping for fish or chicken
  3. Spread nut butters on crackers, bread, or fruit
  4. Stir nut butters into soups and sauces

Seeds: Dry-roasted sunflower seeds, roasted pumpkin seeds, sunflower seed butter, and tahini (sesame seed paste). You can

  1. Add as a topping for scrambled egg.
  2. With brown bread it gives you to about 120 calories more.

Olives: Black olives, black olive tapenade (paste form), green olives, green olive tapenade. You can

  1. Serve them plain as a snack
  2. Spread tapenade on sandwiches or crackers
  3. Stuff tapenade into chicken breasts or fish fillets.

Chocolate: Dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips, shavings or chunks. You can use them in “Any way you crave!”
