Kidney Beans: Helps Cholesterol Diabetes and a Substitute for Red Meat

Kidney beans and pomegranate a good source for lowering cholesterol. Kidney beans have fiber content that prevents blood sugar levels from rising after meals, and Pomegranates is rich in antioxidants that can keep bad LDL cholesterol from oxidizing. Both are good choices for lowering cholesterol and diabetes. Kidney beans can help balance blood sugar levels and provides slow-burning energy. Pomegranate or its juice, can help keep blood platelets from clumping together as blood clots.

The solution to these symptoms is to soak the kidney beans overnight in warm water.  It  reduces the air in the beans, when cooked makes it easier for digestion. Both dark red kidney beans and white cannelloni beans are shaped like a kidney and are always cooked in simmered dishes they absorb surrounding flavors well.

White cannelloni beans and dark red kidney beans both are a substitute for red meat; they are rich in proteins and vitamin B1, B6, and foliate  which  is good for memory and  immunity. These substitutes help to reduce the possibility of heart attack, stroke or peripheral vascular diseases. Recipe:  1/8 teaspoon of cooking oil, 1 cup of kidney beans soak overnight in warm water (releases the air in it).  4 pieces of K o k u m , 1  Red Bell Pepper, 1  Onion, 1 Pomegranate,  3 pieces of  crushed garlic paste and  ¼  piece of crushed ginger paste add a pinch of sea salt for taste.  Sauté  all this ingredients first, add water allow to simmer,  the kidney beans will absorb surrounding flavors well. Eat twice a week and you will feel the difference in your health 

One cup serving provides 45.3% of recommended daily intake for fiber, 19.9% of your daily needs for magnesium, 18.7% of the daily value for Vitamin B1, 15.3 grams of protein - that’s 30.7% of the daily value for protein.
