Learning to eat healthy, learn to live healthy!

I think we all want a healthy diet, a diet to help us get rid of extra pounds, but I stay healthy, energetic, active. Eating healthy is not limited to strict philosophy about what to eat or how to eat. Eating healthy has nothing to do with an unhealthy body weak and does not mean we should deprive your favorite foods.

Instead, eat healthy is to feel great all day, full of energy, good vibes .. it means to be healthy. It’s pretty easy to get that good feeling that will have positive effects in all aspects of your life, work, to love life or family life. All you have to do is learn a few basics about nutrition.

Learn what foods you choose and do good and will improve health, and stay away from those who do evil, the foods that increase the risk of diseases such as cancer, diabetes and heart disease.

Eat enough calories but not too much – keep a balance between calorie intake and calorie consumption – more simply, do not eat more than your body needs allowed average consumption is 2,000 calories, but that depends on age, sex , height, weight and how active a person is.

Eat a wide variety of foods – a healthy diet means to include a range of foods such as some types of vegetables, whole grains or fruit, which normally are not found in your diet

Moderate portions – try to eat moderate portions of food, especially foods high in calories.

Eat fruits, vegetables and grains in abundance – food rich in carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins and minerals, low in fat and cholesterol free.

More water – drink more water. The human body is composed of 75% water. Water is a vital part of a healthy diet. Water cleans our body of toxins and waste, especially bladder and kidneys.

Limit foods high in sugar, salt and refined grains – sugar is present in many foods. Sodas are high in sugars.

Put yourself in motion – no diet or diet does not give the best results without exercise. Healthy diet filled with the energy and well being. Your diet based on a healthy diet will work best if combined with different exercise.

Let’s start a healthy diet, which has become a way of life, learning to eat smart. You do not have to know just what to eat, but how to eat.

Chew food well – do not rush to the table, chew your food well, enjoying the flavor.

Avoid eating when you are stressed – stress can compromise digestion. Avoid eating while driving, work or on TV.

Know your body – ask yourself if you are really hungry. Maybe you are just thirsty, so drink a glass of water first. Stand up from the table before you feel full. Eat slowly enough for your body to be satisfied. Thus, your body will be relaxed and will remain alert.

Eat early, eat often – your metabolism may be activated with a healthy breakfast. Try to consume most calories as early in the day, have time for the body to eliminate them. Eat a little, several times a day instead of the typical three meals.
