Pattiann failed to comment here so she drop this in my inbox “Hi, I read your article on green tea. I thought it was WONDERFUL. Just wanted to say that on some medications you can’t have caffeine. My daughter’s antidepressant has caffeine in it and is supposed to avoid caffeine. I can drink caffeine, though. But I don’t like green tea.”
@Pattiann, you are right, I also don’t like to drink much green tea, I provide this information for the people who like to drink green tea and unaware of it benefits.

My sister and partner swears by it. Every afternoon we sit down around 4:00 pm and have tea. She has her green tea, and I have my orange spice. She’s still working on me to get me to switch. Hmmm, I wonder if she’ll be successful.
Thanks for a great article.

I’d have to learn to drink tea regularly. I’m a coffee person that’s why I find tea lacking a bit in taste. But, if something is good for you, it’s worth learning that habit. So, maybe I’ll give it a try.
