Would you like a healthy alternative to Soy Sauce?

Wandering through Earthfare in April of 2012, a Health food store found in many big cities, I discovered Liquid Aminos.

The bottle indicates that this is an all-purpose seasoning made from Soy Protein. When I used it in a stir-fry recipe, I noticed that it looks like soy sauce, it smells like soy sauce, and it tastes like soy sauce; however, it appears to have a lot more health benefits.

For those people with a wheat sensitivity, it is Gluten-Free. It also contains no alcohol and is not fermented. The front of the bottle claims that there are no preservatives. The ingredients on the back of the bottle validate that claim. By the way, it is distributed by Bragg.

This article will attempt to answer many of your pressing questions about Liquid Aminos.
