This man is the oldest man in the history of nigeria. His name was Onoforere. He died the day that someone came to take a picutre of him. What your seeing is his last moment alive. But how did he do it? how did he ward off death for so long?
How is it that any people live to be so extraordinarily old? the answer lies in day to day life. To live a very long and healthy life their is a multitude of ways. Once you get the basics it is very easy. All It takes alot of self control and will to be healthy. Diet, exercise, healthy thoughts, and living a healthy lifestyle is key.
many people think that they eat healthy, when in reality their diet consists of pointless carbs. Most think that if they don’t eat fast food everyday then they are quite healthy. The reality is that humans need very little food to survive. They just have to make sure that what they are eating is in every beneficial for the survival of your cells.
your body needs a long list of different proteins, fats, acids, sugars, fiber, and carbohydrates, and of course good clean water. Though what you ingest is a key factor, having control of what you think and how you think is very important. if someone is very negative and emits negative energy it is proven to be self destructive. The saying you are what you eat applies to your thought process as well. You are what you think. If you are kind, generous, forgiving, and happy, your body is healthier.

Another important thing is exercise. Just be active. Take part in fun and nourishing activities. Sports, Work, Being creative, reading, learning, being positive, are all important. Strive for improvement. anything that you think you cant do, try anyway and you’ll succeed. You will also reap all the benefits. Remember your body is in constant motion. It is working to replenish and grow every moment of everyday. The fact that your body is new in 7 years is true, but you can speed up the process with the right way of life.

1. begin with exercise. A healthy diet is constructed on a base of exercise on a regular basis, keeping calories in balance and weight in check.
2. concentrate on food, not grams. The Healthy Eating Pyramid doesn’t worry about specific servings or grams of food, so neither should you. Just don’t overdue anything. eat a variety but in generally small amounts.
3. eat the plants. Eating a plant-based diet is healthiest. plenty of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and healthy fats, like olive and canola oil.
4. cut back on these. Red meat, refined grains, potatoes, sugary drinks, and salty snacks. if you eat meat…eat fish.
5. multivitamins and dont drink alcohol. Taking a multivitamin can be a good nutrition. don’t drink alcohol. there is no benefits. just self destructive attributes
these tips and facts are just for the eating portion of the fountain of youth. The other ways are up to you to do. There is no none way, its all relative to your personal existence. Your in charge and you decide whether or not your going to live a long time. Their are men and women all across the globe that live up to 160 years old and they live in third world countries.
