Although mangoes are in the superfruit family their not the only fruit that holds healing qualities. Some of the others include, blueberries, cranberries, grapes and pomegranite.   13. Hi Liane! Another informative piece. Here in New England, (CT) it’s very hard to find a decent ripe Mango. They’re always very pulpy & stringy, sweet yes but the texture is gross. Plums have just as many antioxidants and are more plentiful in my area, also blueberries.
