Modern Nutritional Theory How to Eat Healthy

A well put together guide to eating healthy like you’ve never seen. Made with Theory, Extensive research, and Logical Thinking.

I would like to start off by saying that this article is backed up by research, and personal trial, theory. Now I will go threw numerous food groups and inform you of my study of nutrition. I want to make it clear that I use the words toxin and poison loosely referring to  something that must be filtered by your liver, digested out of your body, or pushed out of pores in the form of acne to avoid being in the body, I try to leave out common sense like limit soda, or limit trans fat.

Vegetables (carrot, Onion, Cabbage)

I advice you to eat a variety of these

Vegetables are good for you but they taste bad compared to meat or sugars. The reason for this is that they are low in saturated fat and sugar, which are essential for life, which is the first reason. But there is more. All plants have tons of chemicals in them and some of them are toxic or not useful to your body, when you cook vegetables they lose nutritionists but the reason they taste better is because cooking things breaks down most poisons making your body’s job of breaking the toxins down easier making your taste buds tell you better unless important nutrients are missing that make things taste good. So as a kid you refused to eat vegetables because your body knows by evolution which food on your plate is the highest in toxins. Meat is less toxic because it is a closer form of life to you as a human so cohesively has less unnecessary parts of it to your body, your body will have to sort threw. Vegetables have important vitamins which help your body do functions though so humans have a liver to withstand amounts of poison but too many vegetables can be stressful on your body to solely live on. Your body has to pick and choose with vegetables its like eating vitamins with tiny bits of dirt in it, it has essential nutrients in it, it just puts stress on your body by having to filter the toxin (the dirt in this case) and remove it from your body.

Fruits (Banana, Acai Berry, Kiwi)

I advice you to eat a variety of these and to limit fruit juice intake

Fruits are like vegetables with vitamins but loaded with sugar and water. They have toxins in them and acids though which in moderation is good at cleaning out your intestines. Acid helps your body break down fats and help your body work cleaner. Sour fruits in general, anything sour or bitter possible has detoxing properties in your body.(Vinegar, oranges, pineapples, sour apples, lemons, grapefruits limes, tangerines, tomatoes) Fruit juices are often pasteurized destroying vitamins and only a single part of the fruit so they not as healthy as eating whole fruits and often have added sugar, the more pulp the healthier.

Starches, Grains and Beans (Potatoes, Corn, Bread, Noodles, Peas, Soy Beans)

I advice you to limit your intake of these

These all require cooking/processing before we eat them because of there especially high amount of toxins. Not many animals have evolved to take these toxins and humans didn’t. So we cook them but some of the toxin aren’t broke down that are body’s are not well equipped to deal with. So when we eat these, we generally add things to them, (just like vegetables), to make them more appealing to our taste buds. By adding especially essential things to them that can’t be absorbed all together. To slow the absorption of saturated fat or salt, adding sugar or salt or saturated fat to ,grain, starches and beans is popular (peanut butter jelly, potato and butter, cereal, sandwich with mayo or mustard, corn and butter and salt, tofu). Essential nutrients mask toxins, bringing out flavor in more toxic foods so we don’t have to be notified we are eating relatively harmless toxins (but worse for you then vegetable toxins), and then we feel the nutrients help our body’s function. Unfermented Soy products are been found in numerous studies to contain anti nutrients which handicap your body’s ability to absorb nutrients. So soy in large amounts is dangerous, I have read peoples accounts of eating high amounts of soy and losing hair, vomiting, and getting cystic acne. I highly advice people to stay away from soy products, specially soy based infant food.

Healthy Grain Alternatives:

Spinach Noodles:

Bread high in fiber:

Meat (Cow, Turkey, Fish)

I advice you not to add too much salt to these

Meat is high in saturated fat, omega oils, protein, and salt. Meat taste very good, naturally because it contains little toxins compared to life more different then humans. Most of the filtering was done by the animal your eating. Meats are very healthy if your immune system can handle the saturated fats and you don’t add salt.

Cow Milk Products (Dairy) Cheese, Sour Cream, Ice cream, Butter

I advice you to limit your intake of these

Milk is high in saturated fat, sugar, and has a bit a salt, naturally. It has good intentions the government wants you to drink milk, or is that just the milk corporations? A little of both sense this is capitalist democratic nation. Milk isn’t too bad for you, highly profitable and feeds tons of people. You might wonder whats wrong with it. Its cow breast milk, it was made for a cow not you. That’s what’s wrong with it. Drinking milk is the number 1 cause of allergies because it messes up your hormones, because the milk is designed by evolution to build a cows brain and body. Your body could develop unnecessary reactions to things (allergies) if your DNA is susceptible, you could get acne, you could get adhd, there are many unknown reactions of drinking cow breast milk and I highly recommend lowering your intake of cow milk and milk products or because I believe milk does something negative to every ones body and reduced fat milks seem to be worse for you because of lack of saturated fat sabotages part of the nutrition absorption. My allergies went away when I didn’t have milk product  for a few days, Milk and cheese contain opioid in them, which are addicting and formed in the cows intestines and other processes, cheese has more concentrated opioid and milk products are addicting for this reason. You may get withdrawals if you stop suddenly because of the opoids in milk and cheese so I recommend only lowering your intake or weening your self off milk products.

Healthy Milk Alternatives:

Coconut Milk ( very fattening, hard to come by, but very nutritious)

Almond Milk ( 3$ a half gallon but very nutritious, low fat and healthy)

Rice Milk ( doesn’t contain many milk nutrients so this should be drank with a wide variety of healthy foods )

Reduced Fat Food Note:

So we eat reduced fat foods, which are processed to be lower in saturated fat, which is essential (saturated fat) so of course these food products will taste worse, to make up for this they add sugar, salt, or artificial sweetener. Basically eating reduced fat foods isn’t healthy. Smaller portions of less adulterated food (none fat reduced) is healthier and getting more exercise and stop being so stressed, will be much better for you.

Processed Food: (Frozen Meals, Soup in Can, Colored Treats)

Processed soup and processed generally everything is very high in sodium, fat or sugar so I don’t recommend soup in a can or chips in a bag. But these things taste good so in moderation these are ok.

The Basic Essential to Life Nutrients

A man once said all with moderation, so too much of anything can lead to serious health problems but a little of everything is OK.

Water thirst (bodily controlled)

Salt limit (alternative for topping can be herbs which are healthy)

Fat limit

Sugar limit (don’t replace with fake sugar)

If your Overweight:

Don’t over eat

Eat a bigger variety

Get more active

More water less sugary drinks

Get happy stress is physically damaging

In Conclusion:

We should eat what makes us feel the best, and these guidelines should make you feel the best and if they don’t then don’t follow them. They are not rules, these are educated suggestions to a healthier happier life.
