Muscle Building Full Diet Plan

Good diet to help you build muscle and bulk up.

Hints

- Make sure you get plenty of fiber from the fruits you choose e.g: pears, banana, cause a huge amount of protein is a little harder on the bowel to digest – solid. Fiber is important.

- Always have grilled fillets of meat instead of crumbed or fried. Much better for you.

Diet

Breakfast: Any type of cereal with skim milk. I have special K – has more protein than most cereals and practically 0 fat content. Baked Beans on 2 slices of multi grain or wholemeal bread. You can have wholemeal crumpets instead of baked beans on toast if you get sick of it, but baked beans is much better, loads of protein and carbohydrates for energy.

Morning Tea:

-Yogurt (Nestle Diet Blackberry tub – no fat, a lot less sugar than most, good protein) with a piece of fruit, separate, or mixed in. I mix mine with a pear – nice shit.

- Water

Lunch:

2 Multi grain or wholemeal sandwiches, with cold deli meat, salmon or tuna, or steak, schnitzel etc. Salmon or tuna is the best – most protein least fat. Turkey is also good.

- 1 Piece of fruit.

- Water.

Afternoon Tea

- Two boiled eggs minus the yolk. The yolk contains all the fat and cholesterol – the white itself contains most of the protein and no fat or cholesterol. Throw away the shit yolk.

- Water or a glass of skim milk (If you like, with Milo or flavoring)

- Muesli bar if you feel like it

Dinner

- Whatever your mum is cooking, make sure you have quite a bit of meat, don’t go overboard, but eg have about 1.25x the meat everyone else is having.

- Eat at least 3-4 different vegetable groups and eat quite a bit – 1.25x regular amount.

- Water

- If rice or pasta is included, don’t eat heaps of it. Eat some, but not as much as veg.

Desert

- If you need ice cream and crave it like eddy, get blue ribbon toffee light. Very little fat and less sugar than most.

- Eat some more of that blackberry diet nestle yogurt if your still hungry.

- Piece of fruit

  1. HEy, seems like a good eating plan/layout. Not sure I agree with every single point though.
    HOwever, it would be hard to follow an exact plan if its too specific.
