Omega three fatty acids are long –chain polyunsaturated fatty acids which are essential nutrients for good health.Omega -3 fatty acids nourish our bodies in number of ways.

EPA and DHA are more active forms of omega 3 fatty acids than ALA.ALA are obtained from plant origin. Flax seeds, walnuts and green leafy vegetables are good sources. EPA and DHA are found mainly in fish oil and cod liver oil obtained from fishes
