- Do not skip meals?
- Eat more protein at the beginning of the day, less at the end.

- At least three times a week take thirty to forty-five minutes for relaxation exercises.
- Regularly go to the doctor for heart disease and cancer prevention.
- Always chew food thoroughly to enhance digestion. Low levels of stomach acid makes digestion difficult
