Importance of having a rich breakfast.

Have a breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and have dinner like a beggar! This is a healthy eating tip. Our breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

Do you know why?

  • When we are sleeping there is no input of food for a period of 10 hours or more.
  • The body has gotten rid of all the food that was not digested and its ready to take in more food.
  • Breakfast is the first meal of the day so it taken up the first for digestion.

There are a lot of people who don’t eat their breakfast. Breakfast will ensure you to have enough energy in the morning.

Breakfast has to be nutritious. Do you know why?

  • If you eat junk food in the morning, you will have a really lazy day.
  • Try to eat traditional breakfast such as cereal, milk, eggs, fruits or some crackers.

(It might be a bit heavy but no one can deny those nutritional values.)

After fasting for long hours now it the time to break the fast and make sure you eat with a healthy breakfast.
