A little bit of Red wine is good for you. Wine has large amounts of antioxidants and will make you look younger.

Have a friend or family member monitor you.

Never Drink “Diet” drinks like Diet Coke or Diet this or Diet that. The truth is normal drinks are better than you Diet Drinks have chemichals that kill your brain cells. If your going on a diet avoid soda’s all together only drink tea, water, and the occassional coffee.
Unplug the computer or TV. This can be a great help. This will force you to go to the gym to watch TV and get you less on the computer.
Retain Healthy Habit’s right after lossing a lot of weight after a succesful diet people tend to forget the things they learned on a diet. If you forget Healthy Habit’s after lossing alot of weight you will gain more weight and become obese again.
