  3. Very informative…just a note though on your last paragraph. it should not be “increase your glucose…” but decrease, as these vegetables have glucose lowering effect making them good for diabetics who have problems controlling their blood sugar.

    It is true. I was suffering from the high level of sugar and continues weight increase. I started eating salad of Bitter Gourd, onion, ginger and garlic and found immediate change in the way i felt. It is in deed true that those who have taken more sugar that they should – should take bitter to compensate it.
    God has created both sugar and bitter………….

    It is in deed great that HE made every thing for the Human life …both happy and sorrow.
