Stop Eating Unhealthy Snacks: What They are & Why You Should Stop and be Careful
It tastes great in the mouth, but will be bad in the tummy. Why you should stop eating unhealthy snacks now. Read this article to find out why to stop.
All these snacks can be very delicious and savory, but are you making the right decision by eating these snacks? Instead of eating these snacks, eat healthy food such as fruits, meat, cereal, bread and many others. Do you want to know why these types of snacks are unhealthy? Read the next paragraph to find out more….
All of these foods contain Monosodium glutamate; a food additive that enhances the flavor of foods. We don’t really know how it affects our system, that’s why we need to be careful with snacks. You know those preservatives; those are the ingredients keeping the food ‘fresh’. With color ingredients that create the color of the snacks, those are artificial. You know how it says in the ingredients list: Other flavorings, umm… No one knows what on earth those are.
Why buy something you don’t know what’s made from, while instead you could cook up the same thing but healthier? These kinds of foods can be very addictive, so you should be careful when deciding if you should buy one at a nearby super market, or cook one up yourself.
I don’t think those snacks are handmade; if they are they would need a mass number of workers working their hands to death, by trying to put some flavor in someone else’s mouth. I really think they use machines when making these kinds of snacks. Who knows if the machine has rusts, bacteria, unknown substances, and workers touch them too? Who knows?
From this article I am merely trying to help readers to be careful at things they don’t know of. That’s the moral behind this article. Whether its chips, websites, people, just try to be careful.
Thanks for reading, hope you learned a lot from my article!

This might sound like “nothing unusual” advise. But this certainly is true. Almost ALL foods in grocery stores, are just packed with unhealthy chemicals and toxins. And we wonder why people get sicker, and sicker. Personally I’ve cut out ALL prepackaged food from my diet, and just make everything from scratch, using organic where I can find it. We aren’t meant to eat poison in pretty packaging. Period.

You are so correct, and yes they do taste so good in the mouth, but what it does to our system is definitely no good and very unhealthy. Beside when consumed, the excess calories land on my thighs

Actually eating whole containers of the snacks, and not exercising is what made me obese, but since I started eating 3 healthy meals a day, and I keep those other snacks to a minimum, I have begun to lose weight, my blood sugar is now normal, I am no longer type 2 diabetic, and my blood pressure went from being moderately high to a comfortable 117/75. So the snacks are not what was dangerous, it was my over consumption of them. But nice article all in all.

I had to give up alot of that when I lost 60 pounds a few years back.So though I sttill eat a small amout, its not what it used to be.Agrees with Tammy, its not always the snack as much as the cunsumption of them. They arent very good for us and we should eat healthier but always dont. But a good article to read and learned something from it.

Well said – great information. For the last year, I have tried to avoid everything that contains MSG. IT’s hard, because they have so many names that they can put on the ingredient list, it’s possible to miss.

Good stuff. It’s hard not to eath snacks. They are heavily promoted, their packaging is very appealing, and kids love them. But it’s true, they are full of artificial stuff that we don’t know much of, or what effect on these will be on our health. There are chips out there with ‘low salt’ and ‘less saturated fat’, so it’s been a long time we have slugged ourselves with too much salt and fat, and little health benefits.
