Tea is the world’s most favourite drink. Not only does tea taste great, it’s also good for your health.

- All teas have to some degree, health benefits in their own merit.
- Make tea with boiling water, and let brew for maximum benefit.
- I find tea relaxing in the evening, as it calms the nerves of the day.

I totally agree with the benefits, and I truly try to drink more tea, unfortunately I enjoy my coffee, but I have limited that to 2 cups max.
You pointed out some interesting facts, which I think I will have to push myself to try and drink a least one cup a day.

I really enjoyed your article. I drink green tea and that is great that it lowers your risk of cancer. My grandfather has colon cancer so that is great that green tea reduces your risk of colon cancer.
