The Benefits of Drinking Green Tea

Drinking a couple of cups of green tea a day can make a difference in your health.

Green tea( Camellia Sinensis ) has long been a favorite for the Chinese people, because they knew green tea has great health benifits.  Chinese people long ago used green tea to treat depression and headaches and is also helpful with alot of other health concerns that people may suffer from.  Green tea is better than black tea as green tea has little caffeine which causes  insomnia, nausea and frequent urination.  Drinking Green tea has shown to be  benificial to treating multiple sclerosis, used for prevention and treatment of cancer, to stop Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease, reduces the risk of heart disease and heart attacks by reducing the risk of trombosis, reduces the risk of esophageal cancer, improves the ratio of good cholesterol and bad cholesterol and can  help treat impaired immune function.  So having a cup or two of green tea does the body good.
