The Benefits of Fish Oil

I’m stuck at home with the cold.As I was sweeping my medicine cupboard at the house, I came across an interesting plastic bottle labled “Fish Oil”.As  the smart person I am, I popped two of them in my mouth without even looking into what exactly they do. But later during the day, I got really bored so I Googled  for benefits and facts about fish oil.

Fish oil is well known for containing Omega 3 acids such as Docosahexaenoic Acid (also known as DHA) and Eicosapentaenoic acid (or EPA). These acids are found in such fish as Mackerel,Rainbow Trout, Lake Trout, Halibut , Herring , Sea Bass, Sardines, Swordfish, Oysters, Albacore Tuna, Blue Fin Tuna, Yellow Fin Tuna, Turbot, Pilchards, Anchovies, and Salmon.

Fish oil is amazing. It has the ability to help with heart diseases,high cholesterol, weight loss,depression,anxiety,AHDH,immunity,cancer, pregnancy,diabetes inflamation,arthritis, AIDS, Alzheimer’s disease, and even acne.

You can reap the benefits of fish oil by taking it in liquid,tablet,and soft gel forms. But like all medicine, it does have side effects if you overdose, so please contact a physician before you start taking them, just in case.
