Generally, most edible fruits are good to us but some fruits are also bad to our health especially if we are suffering from a certain illness or disease.

Summer is around. Stay hydrated, take lots of liquid and wear light colored clothes. And,eat fruits that will keep you cool all day and all night long. What are the best fruits to eat? Check out these “summer fruits”!
