Typical skin ailments for which garlic is applicable are ring worm, dandruff and leprosy boil, pimple. The intestinal ailments for which garlic is applicable are ulcer, cholera, rheumatism e. t. c.

Garlic strengthens the weakened heart muscles. It also clears clogged arteries and there by lower high blood pressures and prevents strokes. It has beneficial effects on the gut. It is used in most third world countries to treat dysentery. Regular intakes of garlic helps you stay healthier and younger.

Garlic is a wonderful herb. It is a natural antibiotic and blood cleanses. It is in the blood.

For effectiveness, drink a lot of water with garlic before going to bed and when we wake up in the morning. It will help us to neutralize dehydration caused by A. I. D. S. make sure you chew 2 or 3 cloves first thing in the morning daily.

Garlic can also be used as a spice. Garlic is rich in calcium, potassium, sugar, iodine, phosphorus and protein and also contains the following vitamins: A, B1, B2 and C.
