The Uses of Vinegar

The other uses of vinegar that can help us in our daily activities.

Vinegar is a sour liquid used mainly in the kitchen as food presevaatives and flavoring and or making vegetable pickles and preparing other menus. Vinegar is very useful not only in the kitchen but in other areas of life. Vinegar is also used as cold compress to treat fever if ice cold water is not available.

In the province, it can be used to cure mumps by soaking the blue dye into the vinegar to relieve the pain. What about the bothersome of itchiness that ladies experience on their external vaginal-rectal area especially after their menstrual period? Vinegar can be of great help on that. itchiness after menses is due to cahnge of ph on the secretion. Vinegar will neutralizes the ph, thus relieving the itchiness. Just mix one tablespoon of vinegar in one dipper of water. Wash the external vaginal-rectal area using the mixture with water.

Vinegar is also good for sore throat. To a glass of water, add a teaspoon of vinegar, gargle the misture three or four times a day. so whatever its contents maybe vinegar is very useful in our day to day activities.
