Place a raw, unpeeled onion in every room because onion has tendency to absorb germs. There are no specific studies or theory about this practical, it’s just saying of people who have tried it and experienced a good result.

Eat Right:  Food habits also help to boost the human immune system and make it to function well. Always it’s good to include fresh fruits and vegetables in our diet. Need to have it raw because raw fruits and veggies helps in boosting the human immune system with full of nutrients and proteins , all knows proteins helps in building the cells and immune system in our body .

 

Vitamins:  To enhance the human immune system Vitamins also works together to keep out immune system good, if our immune system is good diseases will be always away to us. Eating raw things will help you to gain more vitamins

There is a fluid present in our body which is called as Lymph this fluid is a major component of the immune system which nourishes the human cells and carries away fungi and bacteria, By doing exercise lymph fluid is circulated  all over the body so by doing it boost our immune system.

Eliminate Sugar:  Eliminating sugar is good for health because it is not good like taking

tons of fresh fruits and vegetables to boost the human immune system. Think before eating sugar before eating sugar twice to thrice because it is very dangerous to our immune system.  Sugar is our body is compared to the gas tank of our car. So keep yourself away from sugar.

 

Sleep:   All human needs enough sleep to keep them to stay brisk Even to boost the human immune system sleep is also one of the tip . Our immune system also needs rest. When we have lack of sleep it weakens our immunity system and its functions. Each person should have normally eight hours of sleep peacefully which helps in refreshing our immune system.

 

Reward Yourself:  Boosting the human system is first taking care of you . When one is continuously stressed the immune system gets weakened. The mental tortures and stress to our mind and body will tends to make the immune system weak. All should have something enjoyable to yourself which will strengthen your immune system and protect us against diseases.
