Watch What You Eat

Stay healthy by eating well cooked food made at home and take simple precautions to keep away from deadly diseases.

The effects can be mild or long term health problems. Include plenty of herbs and bitter gourd, basil leaves, fenu greek seeds, amla juice in your diet as it prevents digestive infection. Consume minimum dairy products and check the date when you buy ready to eat foods. Consume boiled water to avoid waterborne diseases like typhoid, cholera and jaundice.
