What are The Benefits of Tea?

Tea has been considered as the second most preferred drink but there is no need to wonder about that because the truth is, tea is a wonder itself since it is also known as the nature’s wonder drug. Why? That is because tea is definitely a healthy drink for everybody.

In some countries like Japan and China, teas have become part of their healthy diet since it is known as the nature’s wonder drug which is really is true because tea, in its natural form, helps in improving a healthy body in and out. Teas are made from evergreen leaves and stalk and they come in different types like black tea, green tea, with ginseng extracts and other herb extracts like chamomile, peppermint and lemon grass and many more. These teas are known to be very good in helping you digest fatty foods. They also help in treating hangover. Tea contains a strong chemical called polyphenol which is responsible in protecting the cells from the body. This chemical helps in preventing growth of tumors as well as blood clotting. It also acts as an antioxidant fighting free radicals that are to blame of skin aging. Therefore, tea is another must-take beverage in order to enhance the beauty of the skin like other vitamins as well because it also helps in preventing our skin from fine lines and wrinkles. Aside from that, tea also contains other minerals that are important for enhancing bone strength like what fluoride which is also present in teas does to the teeth.  Also, since tea is high with antioxidants, you can prevent any skin diseases since it acts as an allergy fighter. And there is more about this wonder drug, it lowers bad cholesterol level and it also lowers any risk of heart diseases so you are always good to go.

No wonder why it is the second most preferred beverage. Not only that it can be easily made and is low-cost but teas also play a good role in promoting a healthier body.
