White Spots on Nails – What to Do with Them?
How to get rid of white spots on nails.
The appearance of white spots on nails corresponds to the state of our internal organs and points to potential health problems. It is therefore likely that if you find something on your nails, what was there before, it may be something wrong. But there is no need to panic.
Many sources state that the white spots on nails are caused by calcium deficiency. Many people have a tendency to get rid of this lack by using fresh dairy products.
White spots on the nails can also caused by a wrong lifestyle, when we don’t pay attention about lack of minerals such as calcium, magnesium, iron or zinc in our daily diet and in result the nails become brittle, weak, pale, fragile, dry and slightly longitudinally striped. White spots, however, may also indicate a surplus.
List of most common defects of nails and their possible explanations:
White patches: A consequence of improper diet, excessive intake of sugar and excessive release, pancreatic dysfunction, excessive intake of calcium and its deposition in the kidney.
Vertical grooves: The reduction of liver function, chronic fatigue, chronic bowel disease, poor digestive system.
Longitudinal grooves: Accumulation of toxins in the body due to smoking.
Holes: Spleen malfunction, lack of minerals.
Deformation: Mold, fungal infection, chronic deficiency of vitamins and minerals.
If you increase the intake of vitamins and minerals in a natural form for example in the form of fruits and vegetables, reduce intake of simple sugars and proteins, quit smoking and drinking twelve cups of coffee a day, drink more water than alcohol, at least six hours night sleep, then you certainly can not go wrong, if this still not fix the nails problem then consult your doctor.

Try dipping your fingers in mixture of warm water and lemon for few minutes for 3-4 days. This might help.
