Wondrous Soup: Enhance Immune System, Restore Energy, Accelerate Healing and Fight Off Diseases
This wondrous soup doesn’t cost you much but its medicinal effect is excellent. It has been proven to fight off various types of cancers, diabetes, arthritis, constipation, hypertension, etc., while enhancing immune system, boosting energy and accelerating healing.
Improper diet has been identified as a main culprit why the child has a relatively weak immune system, bad mood, insufficient sleep and loss of concentration. Similarly, adults are facing the similar dilemma when they’re not living in a balanced and healthy diet. Additionally, the combination of high salt, high sugar, and high fat, generally, has brought negative impacts by damaging their brains and organs in an extreme extent, until one day they find hard to recognize or distinguish what is bad and what is good (quoted from my previous article entitled The Secrets of Youth, Health and Longevity: How to live healthily to 100 or beyond ). This situation is further coupling with worsen sleep condition and pressure of life, making them prone to civilized diseases such as obesity, diabetes, stroke, hypertension and cardiovascular disease.
The imbalance in the immune system has put us into a nasty consequence of being sick, pain and irritation. Dwelling in this artificial environment, we get sick easily. Our environment and foods have been modified drastically from its natural property, until one day, we’re alerted to have a relatively low immune system. Though our immune system functions like a computer data file, it is found to be no longer to detect who is an enemy and who is not. Its program has been messed up causing its response towards the invasion of pathogens becomes extremely low. When the immune system is incapable to deal with the “arrival guest”, it may not be able to cope with an onslaught of pathogens.
To adjust this situation, we should first switch from an unhealthy to a healthy diet. By doing so, we can help our body restore its energy and healing ability. Here comes the important of being careful of what we put into our mouth.
What is Vegetable Soup?
The vegetable soup has been around 10 years in Japan. It is neither magical nor superior soup that the restaurant will serve you at the table. It’s merely a simple soup with a combination of 5 vegetables (carrot, white carrot, mushroom, white carrot’s leaves, and burdock). It costs you not much but its medicinal effect is great. Everyone can afford to prepare for this soup as you can buy those vegetables at a lower price at your nearby store.
The vegetable soup is particularly good for kids who hate to eat vegetables. Its curing and healing property has been experiencing by many patients in Asia. People have always regarded it as a “healing soup”.

Another important and well written article. My husband loves vegetable soup. I often make a thick lentil soup and put in loads of chunky veg with it. He loves that and I am sure it does him good.
Thanks for the advice

Interesting piece. As a pharmacist I see most folks living in a state of dehydration. The source of your liquid intake is important, and soups are a great source: provided they aren’t over salted. Intake is based on usage and out flow… if your pee has glow, you need to slow and hydrate till clear as melted snow.
Thanks,
Clay
