York’s Importance

Most people eat only the white part of the egg and not the yellow part.

Why do people does not like the yellow part of an egg?

Most of the time they think it has high cholesterol and a lot of fat. So they only eat the white part of the egg and not the york. But the york has it’s own importance. It helps to moisturise the retina which helps to get a clear vision. York is also good for the athletes because it gives energy. But it is bad for older people. They can eat a little amount of york, so they won’t get any bad affect form it .

So, don’t just look at the bad side of the york, try to look at the good side too.
