This is a topic I would like to shed some light on. There are many out there that suffer from depression, and It’s a way of saying, I know you are out there, and no you are not alone, no matter how alone you may feel. I will try to shed some light on a few things, in regards to how it makes you feel physically and mentally, how a good day can suddenly change face. The impact that it can have on those around you.
When you are depress you could be in a room filled with people and still feel morbidly alone. It is the worst storm anyone can go through and it gnaws at your functionality. People won’t believe when you tell them you do not feel well. After all depression does not leave physical scars or imprints that someone can look at and say yes you are hurting.
