Old Nicko Tinn

Key Points –

*used ‘the’ affair, not ‘this’ affair because the affair of life ends when you are buried within the earth (under the sole of your shoe)

*play on sole/soul.

*the heaven you enter has white and pale clouds. Just like the smoke you emit.

*Nicko Tinn is nicotine.

* “Leastwise meet the eyes,

Of the phantom you exhale” because chain smokers never look at the smoke they exhale.
