Insanity is one of those things that most psychological texts attempt to categorize, illustrate, and analyze, but never outright define. Indeed, from some standpoints, insanity and sanity are too relative to the individual and his circumstances to be given any single, all-encompassing definition.
I make no real apology for my rather dark and twisted sense of humour but there’s a difference between taking the mick, mostly at yourself, and being an ignorant retard. But perhaps if we can’t laugh at an issue, however serious, then we don’t fully understand it.

A workout can always be crazy not to say that the package is a bit expensive. On the one hand, the results indicate that the price should be obtained. Other training programs could possibly give the same results, but although the problem is that a person has to wait for long.
