<li><strong>Antiseptic:</strong>The acidic juice of lemons kills harmful bacteria, which makes lemons a natural antiseptic you can apply to small cuts, inflamed areas and other infections. Again, this one might sting a little. But don&#8217;t use lemon for major infections or large cuts, not because the lemon would be dangerous, but because you need real medical attention.</li>
<li><strong>Facial cleanser:</strong> Lemon juice helps to fight wrinkles, acne, blackheads and even freckles. Apply the juice directly to your skin, then allow it to dry. Remove the juice with a little olive oil mixed with water. This will not only make your skin more shiny, but will also remove dirt and grime.</li>
<li><strong>Mouth care:</strong> Swab a little lemon juice on bleeding gums to stave off further blood. Lemon also helps to give your mouth a refreshing feeling, fights bacteria and can give you fresh breath. Also, believe it or not, when applied to tooth aches, lemon juice helps to dull the pain.</li>
<li><strong>Reducing fever:</strong> There are two ways to use lemon when wanting to reduce a fever. For one thing, you can drink a little lemon water. But an even better solution is to buy or make a lemon balm, then apply it to the body, probably mainly around the forehead. A lemon balm is a concentrated form of lemon, and it helps the body to&nbsp;perspire and sweat&nbsp;out the fever, any kind of fever caused by any kind of illness.</li>
<li><strong>Blood pressure:</strong> Because of the high levels of potassium in lemons, the fruit is good at helping to keep blood pressure lower. The potassium counter-acts sodium.</li>
<li><strong>Depression:</strong> Drinking lemon juice mixed with water a few times a day is known to create a calming effect, relaxing the body,&nbsp;thus helping to lessen depression and stress.</li>

When this condition perceives, your stomach will wear out rapidly.</li>
<li>The intake of eggs should limit to four per week. The more you eat the eggs, the more chances you are putting yourself in a critical health state.</li>
<li>It is wrong to eat fruit after the meal. The fruit should be taken before the meal but not when your stomach is empty. It is discouraged to take fruits when the stomach is empty as the acidity of the fruits may have indulged or eroded your stomach which may cause a stomach pain or a gastric.</li>
<li>Females who are in menstruation are strictly not allowed to have green tea. Not only green tea, but also other type of tea is discouraged to take during this period. In contrast, females should increase iron-rich foods to replenish the inadequate iron due to the loss of blood during menstruation to avoid getting anemia (lack of hemoglobin). </li>
<li>When you drink soy milk, do not add in an egg and sugar as it will harm your health. Take note that soy milk should not be taken too much at one time, but an appropriate amount of soy milk is recommended to take daily.</li>
<li>Do not eat tomato when your stomach is empty. The tomato is best to eat after the meal to promote a better health. </li>

These devices should be placed 30 cm or more from the distance where you are. Remember not to put these things close to your bed or bedroom as it will disturb your brain from having adequate rest. The digestion may cause the blood from the brain to be concentrated in the gastrointestinal causing you to be in a state of dizzy, drowsiness, sleepy and fatigue.</li>
<li>Do not eat too much but eat less after 5p.m. as your body requires less energy. The more you eat, the more chances you are putting yourself at a high risk.</li>
<li>Banana, grapefruit, whole-wheat bread, oatmeal, spinach, tomato, cherry, yogurt and low-fat milk are foods that you should eat regularly as they make you feel happy and energetic. Its constituents are potentially carcinogenic as it has been linked to the worsening of asthma, rapid heartbeat, squamous cell carcinoma (cancer). Oral submucous fibrosis (OSF), low blood pressure and pre-cancerous oral lesions (mouth wounds).</li>
<li>Foods that are artificial, too fine in its texture, less fiber and high in fat and cholesterol may lead to stomach swelling and cancer or gastric. <li>Foods that are too rough in its texture and less nutritional values will cause your body to suffer from a syndrome related to the intake of insufficiency of nutrients. Those who have this bad eating habit are at a high risk of getting esophageal cancer and gastric.</li>
<li>Chemical substances include food flavoring, food acids, food conditioners, anticaking agent, Monosodium Glutamate, Disodium Guanylate, Disodium Inosinate that are added to the foodstuffs are some of the examples which may cause cancer or it may indulge the healthy cells to become cancerous cells. These drinks can help you waking up in the morning, get rid of headache, ease upset stomach, strengthen the immune system, and prevent cramps, as well as satisfying your thirst.</p>
<p>We have been told to drink eight glasses of water a day, and it can be bland, boring, and not enticing.  So, here are some drinks to consider for your general good health.</p>
<h3>Light coffee</h3>
<p>Can&#8217;t wake up in the morning?  Grab a cup of java to stimulate your nervous system, and energize your head.  Stick to low-fat or skim milk, and use less sugar.  Light milk gives you the needed protein and a dose of carbs to keep your blood sugar even for a little longer.  Regular coffee drinker can lower the risk of type 2 diabetes, Parkinson&#8217;s disease, and colon cancer.</p>
<h3>Ginger Tea</h3>
<p>Ginger is well known for helping upper respiratory tract.  It has anti-inflammatory properties that lessen rheumatoid arthritis.  Ginger tea can ease your stomach ache, and settle a nausea feeling in your stomach.  You can add a dash of ground ginger in regular tea, or grate some fresh into a pot of boiling water and let it sits for about five minutes before drinking.  If you can&#8217;t tolerate ginger, you can have chamomile or peppermint tea for substitution to comfort bellyache.</p>
<h3>Have a glass of apple juice</h3>
<p>The health benefits of apple are widely spread because apples are high in antioxidant, and are unlikely to cause allergic reactions.  Grab a glass of apple juice to cure your headache.  Apple juice or cider, both hot and cold, can be as powerful as an Aleve when you have a severe pain from stress.  Any type of green or red apple juice, fresh or from concentrate, will help relieve headache pain.  The smell of apple is also very therapeutic.  </p>
<h3>Lemonade</h3>
<p>Lemon is one of the fruits that can strengthen the immune system.  It can also help in fighting disease that related to infection, and purifies blood.  Lemonade can increase your energy level in the morning or late in the afternoon.  The taste of lemon can fight fatigue by stimulating a nerve in the nose, and can sets off a wake up sensors in the brain.  Lemon juice contains calcium which will help teeth and bones.</p>
<h3>Milkshake</h3>
<p>Diet rich in calcium and vitamin D helps reduce the risk of PMS by about 40%, and possibly altering estrogen levels.  At that time of the month, grab a low-fat milk shake to satisfy your sweet tooth craving.  It will ease cramps and other symptoms of PMS.  There are many different delicious milkshake recipes on the internet.  Find one that you like, and blend up some.</p>
<p>Now, cheer to your health with these drinks.  You don&#8217;t have to drink just water anymore.  What could be better than these drinks that provide good benefits to your health?
