Weight Loss Tips for the Traveler
The hotel I’ll be staying at has no kitchen, but it does have a microwave and refrigerator. We won’t be able to afford to go out to regular restaurants, so it will be fast food(yuck I know). I looked up the nutrition information on a few fast food places and wrote down the “healthiest” things, but I’m afraid that I will just say, “forget it, give me a Big Mac!” Do you have any tips to help me just say, “NO”.
